Pre-Order Policy

Important Information:

Please note: We recommend that you place separate orders for in stock and pre-order items rather than mixing in stock items and pre-orders in one order or you will have to wait for the full order to be in stock before your order is dispatched, which will be when all pre-ordered items ordered have arrived into stock.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS. ALTHOUGH WE (RETAILERS) ARE GIVEN AN APPROXIMATE RELEASE DATE BY THE MANUFACTURER, DELAYS CAN OCCUR DURING MANUFACTURING / SHIPPING. IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS, WE SHALL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP THE PRODUCT PAGE UPDATED AS BEST WE CAN!

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a way to allocate and secure a newly announced product, which is due to be released in the near future. As many products are produced in limited numbers or exclusives. Pre-ordering a product gives you the security that you will receive the product upon release.

How do you take payment for Pre-Ordered products?

We charge a 10% deposit of the overall cost of the product to secure an item for yourself. For example if a product costs £10.00 we ask for £1.00 to be paid as a deposit to secure an item for yourself, which shall be deducted from the overall cost of the item once the item is available for shipment. Or you may make payment in full, in which case once the item is in stock the order will be dispatched with no delay.

Do you oversell on pre-orders?

The simple answer is no. We only ever sell what we have placed on order or have been allocated by the supplier. As we never want to let you down and have to cancel any orders.

Ordering a Pre-Order item with in stock item(s) together:

We recommend that you place separate orders for in stock and pre-order items rather than mixing in stock items and pre-orders together or you will have to wait for the full order to be in stock before your order is dispatched, which will be when the pre-ordered items ordered have arrived into stock.

If you order more than one pre-order item which has a different release date, you accept that the order will not be fulfilled until all items have arrived in stock, at which point the order will be fulfilled and shipped in the first available post.

Why don't you ship the items as they come in on my order?

We will only ship an order once all items are available to ship, as we will always do our best to keep postage costs as low for yourself as possible, which means only charging one postage cost per order, or free postage if the order is over £50.00. However if you would ever wish to have any items split from a order with items which haven't yet come in that wouldn't be an issue and feel free to drop us an email at sales@propsandreplicas.co.uk

Can I cancel a Pre-Order?

Yes of course, under UK consumer law you have the full right to cancel any order and receive a full refund of the money paid. Do to this please email us at sales@propsandreplicas.co.uk and state your name and order number plus the item(s) you wish to cancel.

What happens if a Pre-Order item is cancelled by the supplier / manufacturer?

If a supplier / manufacturer decides to cancel any product prior to release that has been placed on pre-order, we will notify yourself as soon as possible & any money paid on the order will be refunded back to the form of payment as soon as possible.

Un-paid invoices:

If we do not hear from you and a pre-order invoice is not paid for within 30 days and we have sent a seven day final reminder for payment with no payment or message received back from yourself by the end of the seven days, we shall cancel the order and release the stock and the deposit paid shall not be refunded due admin costs, as a service has been provided attempting to process the order on several occasions.
